All refunds are processed into original payment method. Refund process might take 5-10 business days upon package arrival to our return department and reflect on the bank statement. We do not accept returns after 15 days has elapsed from its sending.
Shipping and handling fee are not refundable.
We are not responsible for returned items until they are in our warehouse. Transport costs must be borne by the customer who wishes to make the return.
Products such as but not limited to below list are considering as FINAL SALES and will not eligible for refund /return/exchange.
- Limited and/or signed posters
- Original artworks
- Altered by the customer products
Please note: as we sell design and art products we may ask you why you want to proceed with a return. WE DO NOT ACCEPT a "I don't like it anymore" or similar responses. We will therefore not proceed with the refund.
